2.0.0.10 disappearing skype notification

I have installed skype (for android) and detect some interest behavior: if after reboot phone skype not has been launched single time, notification about new messages appear on notification screen normaly, but if skype has been launched at least once and after that closed, notification disappeared until restart Android or reboot phone...
