[bug] disappearing sms!

I'm having a really disturbing issue with my Jolla: I received a sms, what blocked the phone. I needed to remove the battery to be able to restart the phone. Since that, when I receive or send a sms, I can see the notification but when I go to the message application, all the messages received since the reboot don't appear, like if there hasn't been saved in the message db.
Has someone else had a similar issue, or has someone an idea of how I could debug / fix that issue?
@Vivien Did the message contain strange characters or something ?
