Add cover action for Notes app: next note or search [answered]

The cover of native notes app shows either the first few notes or one whole note (the one that was opened when minimizing to cover).
At the moment there is only one cover action - new note.
It would be nice to have one more cover action: next note or search notes.
When the cover is currently displaying the first few notes (e.g. 1, 2 and 3), the action "next note" would display the next ones (e.g. 4, 5 and 6). When the cover is currently displaying just one whole note (e.g. 4), the action "next note" would display the next one (e.g. 5).
The action "search notes" would just open a search for notes.
