Occasionally when trying to expand (or update) the 5 day forecast in events view I get text: "no connection" , "try again". Not a single time has that try again worked. Rebooting usually solves the problem. I'm currently running Taalojärvi, but the bug was even more frequent in previous Saimaa version. The weather app itself works perfectly even when event widget says no connections. I haven't noticed any difference in this behaviour depending on Wifi/cellular network. A screenshot of the behaviour: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gxu6du9n196bhqi/20160204084813.png?dl=0 (ps. not enough karma to post the image here) Anyone having the same problem?

Are you still experiencing this problem? It hasn't happened to me for a couple of months, so I think it was fixed.

I only experience that with wifi, but then I disable wifi and weather updates fine in 3G.

I guess it's the app using QNetworkAccessManager which sometimes gets connection statuses wrong. This can usually be fixed by disconnecting all network devices and reconnecting. Technical details can be found here:

AFAIK, this has not been fixed in Qt.

For me it looks like it is going worse with 2.1.2.3 and reinstall doesn't help either.

For me, reinstalling weather fixed the problem.
