Microsoft Exchange - can't get emails (or programm doesn't show them)

Hello,

I'm obliged to use Groupewise at work and would like to receive emails by mobile service. In principle it works with Microsoft Exchange respectively with Active Sync.

Curiously I am able to SEND emails via the Microsoft Exchange account on my Jolla, as well I am able to synchronize the calendar, BUT I am not able to RECEIVE any emails - at least they aren't shown in my mobile in-box (although files [in-box, out-box, sent, draft, archive,...] are shown)...

Does anybody has a cloue how to solve this problem? Thanks and kind regards, scho

Hi scho, what version of Sailfish OS are you using, and on which type of device?

Hi chris, sorry for responding so late.

On my Jolla, I'm using Sailfish OS Saimaa Version 2.0.0.10. At work GroupWise has the Version 12.0.1 7.9.2012 and the Mobility Service 2.1.0 Build 230. Are these informations helping you?
