Youtube and battery drain

Whenever I use youtube app for watching videos I notice a 10 to 20% battery drain.Which when compared to other phones is huge. Do all SFOS experience the same.

Which YouTube app? The official one which you can't install without unsupported hacks to get Google's Play 'Services' installed? YTPlayer, which is developed by some guy who doesn't work for Jolla? Something else?

There maybe a processes caused by Android support running on the background systems which drain the battery.
