what's mean status in harbour QA,draft available
where i can check draft?

Hi, and welcome to the developer community!
Draft available means you have modified your submission after pressing Submit or have not yet submitted your app for QA.
Go to the main page of Harbour, scroll down to Your apps, tap on your app to open the submission form and press the green submit button on the left. The button is not visible in mobile browsers, so you'll need a computer.
