the Jolla shop is out of stock now, so there is any possible the Jolla phone will come back?

Jolla answered on Twitter: "There will be more SailfishOS devices, that is sure! Whether they are Jolla branded or not, is another question."

Someday last week. Does not really answer the question, does it? But in the past, they removed items that where permanently out of stock from the online store, so there is still hope...
