Did you spotted some text in terminal window? It says "Please free up more space and try again"

Move all Pic / vid /Music to SD-Card. Move Backup to SD, delete local Backup files. Clear cache of all Droid apps. Maybe uninstall greater Apps (Offline Nav etc.)

You can try this:

In case you get "no space left on device" when you are running the balance, you can use the external SD card to get the extra space:

 dd if=/dev/zero of=/media/sdcard/0000-BDCB/btrfs bs=100M count=5
    losetup -v -f /media/sdcard/0000-BDCB/btrfs
    btrfs device add /dev/loop0 /

That way the balance can get the needed extra. You can remove the device like this:

btrfs device delete /dev/loop0 /

Root and home disks full and causing various problems

btrf balance start /
