Hi!

Yesterday my Jolla was stolen. Today i'm trying to install Sailfish on OnePlus One and all is working but i cannot login with my account due to IMEI limitation. How can i add to my devices section under Jolla account?

Thanks guys!

The unofficial Sailfish port for OnePlus One does not have the Jolla Store access enabled and that is causing the IMEI error. Only devices which have Jolla Store access will show up in Jolla account device list. You have to wait until the OnePlus One Sailfish port will get Jolla Store access before you can login to your account from the device and install apps from the Jolla Store. No estimation when that will happen.

A little addition to the comment: the Jolla Store has to be enabled by Jolla.

@Claudio Maradonna - If I recall correctly, we as end users cannot add/remove devices from our accounts, you need to get in touch with Jolla by email and do it ASAP, as they are off on leave soon until August 1st. Try care@jolla.zendesk.com

EDIT: I think they may already be on leave now, email anyway, no doubt you will get an automated reply stating they are away, or not.

There is an IMEI limitation now? When was that introduced? I have two Jollas registered with the same account about 18 months ago and never had any problems (other than both receiving early update notifications, if you can call that a "problem").

A slight loss in translation perhaps, no limitations, just the plain fact, we cannot add devices to our accounts. As his OnePlusOne would not have come from Jolla, I'm quite certain he will need to ask Jolla to add it to his account for him - if I'm wrong here, I'm happy to be corrected! :)

@Markkyboy i think your comment it's exhaustive and i think it's correct :) Sorry for 'limitation' word, i think they have a database which they used to compare the device's IMEI so i thinked a IMEI limitation (the error message talked about a IMEI error and association with my account during login).
