unable to sign with this username and password - jolla account

I have Sailfish OS 2.0.0.10 All works fine, but some times before to my phone become 3 strange bags:

1) When I try to change screen keyboard (I have HW keyboard tohkbd v2) to English layout, the keyboard, after 2 seconds, change back to Russian layout

2) Jolla account broken. I can't to login or create new one (it always writes me "bad login/password"). I can't to update system to latest release because jolla acount doesn't work

3) Usually phone/sms doesn't work. It works some times, after 3-4 reboots, but after some of minutes it doesn't work. When I try to start dialer application, it can't show call log, and show me rotation of circle.
