Jolla email app: refresh folder list and manage folder subscriptions

I'm looking for a way to refresh the current folder list and manage the subscriptions to these folders. E.g. I want to change whether they shall also be updated via push or they shall be pulled every X minutes.
Related to "Email: Refresh IMAP folder list". Apparently the folder lists are refreshed when selecting to update all email accounts.
