after 2.0.2.48 early access update I do not get the SMS delivery tags for SMS. All settings checked twice switched them on/off/on for both sim cards.
Older SMS status lines look like this:
SIM2, Tuesday 4:47pm|Delivered
New SMS status lines do not add the Delivered tag (I'm sure it was delidered, got an answer ;-) )
SIM2, 10:41

Seems to be adaptation Problem. We have 2 Fairphone 2 with (not yet official) Sailfish OS 2.0.2.48
Delivery Reports working only for SIM2, sometimes, sometimes not working for both SIM-Cards. Another FP2 with the same 2.0.2.48 - Delivery Reports working with SIM1 (only SIM1 is inserted)
