How to force the jolla to find 4G ?
Is there a way to force the jolla switching on 4g ? In case i'm sure there's 4g, i can't use it, just because jolla doesn't want. How to force it ?

There is a patch for more network modes by coderus based on some modified ofono version. It probably has not yet been updated for the latest SFOS release.
With it, you could tell the phone to only connect to any combination of 2G, 3G and 4G. It will result in no signal, if you force 4G only and there is no 4G available on the supported bands.

[EDIT]
I see you found it already, judging from your comment. I'll just leave it here anyway.

Have you changed your network settings to prefer 4g?
davekelly ( 2016-08-02 20:26:24 +0200 )editSure, and i'm pretty sure to have an excellent signal in 4G, i'm at home ..
malibu1106 ( 2016-08-02 21:16:24 +0200 )editThe phone gladly jumps to 4G if it can. No need to force it. If it doesn't connect to a 4G network then it can't for some reason. There are multiple questions about LTE connectivity on the forum. ...so you might suffer from that issue.
vattuvarg ( 2016-08-02 21:23:26 +0200 )editYou know, i'm pretty sure, the 4g is in full coverage where i am, and before the update, i was using the coderus patch to set it in only 4G, it was working perfectly. So the real question is why the jolla can't do it by itself ? By the way, the 3G here isn't good, so it's probably use more battery life too.
malibu1106 ( 2016-08-02 21:42:20 +0200 )editThe 4G in your area could be using the bands that others seem to have problems using.
