In my opinion: Netradar for testing network speed and Charge Monitor for looking battery consumption and stuff like that. Both of these can be found on Jolla store. In addition, Android apps may be more informative when it comes to showing which process/app/thing is eating the battery.
Something more: I really like the Lighthouse app from Jolla store. You can see all the processes and details, so if something is taking your cpu/ram etc. you get more information for your background-checking, and of course it'll be more easier to deal with the issue. I also recommend Avast CleanUp since it's very useful when it comes to cleaning ram or storage.
