CalDAV calendars gone after a while

A few days ago I had all my caldav calendars on the Jolla C. Yesterday the phone asked for PINs of SIM1+2 again, after I put it out of my pocket. Now all my caldav calendars are gone from the calendar ( only personal and birthdays are listed as disabled). Account for caldav is still on the phone and lists the calendar names enabled. It's very unlike to lose all events one day if you use your phone at work. Fix needed!

Eventually I saw in one of the logs or debug outputs that one of the calendar entries waz badly formatted or had illegal characters in it. After I rmoved those entries the problem was gone. Unfortunately I cannot remember where I saw the output and what exactly caused the problem. Nonetheless this may help you to further hunt the root of this issue.
jollajo ( 2016-08-13 14:36:34 +0300 )editIn my case the calendars were available on the jollaC but not jolla1 directly after the upgrade to 2.0.2.48 and then disappeared on C too after a reboot. After raising the log level for msyncd I found the offending entries one by one, all were invites accepted from google calendar users from last 6 months (might be a coincidence though since that is the default sync period as well as the time since the caldav-client was updated for this release). After removing all offending entries the calendars' entries appeared on both jolla1 and jollaC.
