Space for system prevents update on Jolla C [answered]

Trying to update tells me that there is not enough space. Unfortunately I fail to free space as I cannot find the location that is occupied by the "system" partition. Can anybody help me here which directories could free space for the system partition.
@Fauli Can you please take a screenshot of Settings > Storage and Settings > Storage > System data?

Fauli ( 2016-09-08 11:55:46 +0300 )I was able to free some space as root user, but it is really hard to determine which directory belongs to system partition and which to user (/home/nemo of course)...

Did you manually copy things to /data?
