I have an email folder (on Gmail) with 20000+ mails. When I enter the folder in Jolla's email app and choose "Update" from the pulley menu:

  1. The email arrived notification (vibration) comes
  2. ...but then the app freezes and the "Email is not responding [x] wait [x] close" notification comes up.
  3. If I choose "wait", the notification reappears almost immediately.
  4. After a minute or so, the app becomes responsive again (and the contents of the folder are indeed updated).

Something is apparently wrong, I suppose this is not the intended behavior.

EDIT: sorry, the folder has 20000+ mails, not 2000+. Moreover, the hang-on-update is not 100% reproducible.

@Tanghus This one is different.

I have noticed the same behavior described here also. When there's a larger update of a folder containing several mails, the Mail app throws the aove mantioned notification.
