There is file import in the settings, export can only be done from CLI by hand. And I am afraid but this is a duplicate https://together.jolla.com/question/384/export-vcf-from-people/

Why should i use CLI ? Whey there is no UI for simple things? Sailfish developer should concentrate on basic functionality.
