Jolla reset - Device stays in 'personal data' screen

Hi all, I did a factory reset, because my Jolla 1 got very slow over the time. After the reset, I installed all the standard apps, while configuring accounts and then I clicked on the tutorial app that suggested to configure even more accounts. The account overview opened, but the phone didn't respond anymore - so I removed the battery.
After the restart I had to accept the Sailfish OS licence again, then again can choose an ambience color, date and time and finally come to the personal data tab. When I submit my data, the phone switches back to data and time screen. It's an endless loop :/
I tried out the recovery as described here: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204709607-Jolla-Phone-How-do-I-use-the-Recovery-Mode- Unfortunately it didn't work. Windows tells me the driver is working but the phone is not able to install it.
Are there any other options to solve my problem?
