Can someone confirm my experience... In Version 2.0.2 I unplugged my phone in the morning. When I came home at night from work I still have had 40-50% battery left. Since the 2.0.4 update (with almost the same usage during the day) I have not more than 20% battery.

I think the power management of SFOS is more worst in the new version but I have no proof... Device is a Jolla C

Unfortunately for you: It looks like the same (or slightly better) than with 2.0.2 for me. Though some days ago it came down from 51% to 2% overnight: This was with a browser and a weather app open (hm...)

How old are your Jolla and Desire batteries? In heavy use (4G data + Internet radio) I have noticed as high as 1000mAh consumption which means your battery will last 1-4 hours depending your mileage.

It seems i'm facing the issue as well. So far it seems the higher battery consumption is related to the browser and/or email.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that for the jolla tablet, the 2.04 update is exponentially better for battery life! I can actually use my tablet now without having to charge it first. Previously it would last only a few hours even with Wifi off.

All I can say is that this is the best update ever and Ive had a jolla since the first one!

Great to hear, battery life that has been the worst on 2.0.2 forced me to downgrade to 2.0.1 now I am anxious to update once again

Also on my Jolla 1 phone, with 2.0.4 the battery life it's a lot better!

Also for me 2.0.4 is far better than 2.0.2 for battery consumption, these are stats taken over 24 hours with WiFi on, many applications and Android support running: https://a.pomf.cat/wcmxqs.png

For me, the power management has improved. But: two times when the browser was open with Facebook, the energy of the battery faded very fast. (the last 15 % in maybe 5 min)

I can confirm that. I only got through one day with versions 2.0.1/2.0.2 and now I'm back at 48+ hours without any problems. Great improvement.

I am using SFOS 2.0.4 On aqua fish And I felt that My phone was Overheating while using 4G Lte but that wasnt the issue in 2.0.2 , Hence whenever Phone was Overheating the Battery Indicator was going down too fastly. Advice :- Try to use Original Phone Charger and avoid those chargers who claims Quick Charge
