There is no direct BT support in android... never has been - and this is therefore a duplicate of the request for BT for android ;)

Well, I'm talking not about android, but about Sailfish OS itself. Just to clarify, I was trying to connect using standard settings dialog and failed, so, not sure this is duplicate.

@ElderOrb then you might want to elaborate on what the problem is instead, I did not find any not working BT devices apart of such that use BT-LE or require NFC for pairing, and android works fine posted in here reads for me that the android app you are using with it runs fine just its BT connectivity does not... provide info, tag properly, is it really EA related or did any other version not work too? And so on...

I'm not sure the issue is specific to EA and I rather think it is specific to Philips Fidelio B5. Probably they are using some very special features of BT, or proprietary protocol or something like this... I don't know. But if Nexus 5 can connect, Jolla C - can't.

By the way, specification says Fidelio B5 is using 'Bluetooth APT-X and AAC' for connectivity.
