[bug] No character counter before adding recipient in Message app

Some time ago Jolla add character counter to Message app. It's really nice feature but there is a small bug.

Counter appears after adding recipient. It's possible to write sms without adding recipients but without character counter.

I think counter should be visible always.

@greendts - the OP means you can type out a text without first adding a recipient but there is no character count. It is only until you add a recipient that the counter appears.
