India- Jio -4G (Data only not voice call) working

I would suggest that you also mention whether you live in the city, or in the country. The 800MHz band is used in the country due to its range, while the 2100MHz frequencies are used in the cities - at least in germany (Vodafone DE & O² DE)

Iran - Irancell & Rightell fully working (4G)

@breiti_oi: to be precise, in Germany 800MHz, 1800MHz and 2600Mhz are used for 4G, and 2100Mhz is used for 3G. That makes me wonder if the list does give a false picture, because for my understanding the provides listed here (at least the German ones) should only work partially (that is on 1800MHz 4G), as the Aqua fish only supports 850 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2300 MHz according to the specs

@till thats why i´m wondering to... but i can´t verify it by using a intex aquafish (don´t have one)

Finland - DNA (Moimobiili) 4G and Elisa 4G Working in dense population areas that are served by other than LTE 800 MHz frequency; Not Working in the rural/town fringe areas served by the longer-range LTE 800 MHz network where you will get only 3G. Assumably the same applies also to Sonera who have a common Yhteisverkko network with DNA in the rural Finland.

Refer to your operator's connectivity map with your intended place of usage; do note that Elisa doesn't disclose the frequency they use for 4G unlike Sonera and DNA on their map, but assumably their coverage with only 800 MHz is similar to the other two. Aqua Fish may not have the best of antennas, judging from how I have trouble connecting to 4G on the edges (but well within) of DNA's claimed non-800 MHz coverage areas.
