Turing Dark Wyvern Evaluation Unit Sailfish 2.0.4.14

With battery <2% the phone from recovery mode starts into the OS UI instead of starting into the charging UI mode when plugged in, the OS UI sequence should only occur if say >5% battery charge has been reached.

Seems a minor tweak in the OS could address this.

I'm not personally too familiar with the recovery mode, but just being there is rather exceptional situation -> it might even be that reliable battery information is not available.

Anyway, uniformity would be nice and we are enforcing "battery >= 3%" requirement for making transitions from act-dead to user mode -> I created ticket about this.

@spiiroin thank you for the explanation, i could be phone related if this isnt a common Jolla Phone issue in particular. 3% makes sense for me, enough power to launch the UI especially in situations where charging current may not be sufficient to charge and operate the phone at the same time ~500mAh chargers for example arent sufficient to do both, the phone will simply shut down again.
