MeeRun and Nysset got uninstalled after update

When I installed 2.0.5.6 MeeRun and Nysset got uninstalled and I cannot install them anymore.

let me guess why... because of map api relocation from nokia to here ?

Let's add Poor-maps to the list of uninstalled apps.

You can reinstall them, though there won't be map in them. See the answer in this thread.

They uninstalled also their very one 'MAPS'.

for me it's maps, poormaps and meerun gone unable to install the latter two. it all hinges on qt5-plugin-geoservices-nokia which seemingly was removed/renamed as the changelog says:

Binaries removed : qt5-plugin-geoservices-nokia
[QtLocation] Rename Nokia geoservices plugin to HERE and port to new APIs.

I managed to get it installed, using the guide in your link, but the app no longer opens, just sits with a spinning circle and then disappears. :(

Bad thing, since I am using MeeRun too, I am not sure if I will install 2.0.5.6. I am sorry about that. @tvicol always reported the issue to the developer of the app... :(

After update to 2.0.5.6, Meerun was gone. I followed the guide and all seems to be OK again. Sorry to hint the wrong way. Meerun was running again, but Maps not.
