Is there any way to keep video as the boot animation like in android devices.

Oh no, please not these ugly boot animations from Android. I like it simple like SFOS current boot screen.

If you like it or not isn't the issue here. The question is whether or not such an animation is technically possible. The step to being the default is long, you know.
