After I made the update to Haapajoki (2.0.5.6) my Jolla could no longer receive or send phone calls or SMS messages.

When I start the Messages app, the ican shows up and vanishes after 5..10s. No reaction when the phone should have got an SMS.

When I start a phone call nothing happens after pressing "call".

When I get a phone call and the phone is in sleep state, the screen lightens up but turns off again after ca 1s, no other sign of a call coming in.

Is there anything other I could do? Any help would really be appreciated!

Regards Volker

Obviously the phone was not really usable the last few hours so I downgraded to 2.0.4.14 by

ssu release 2.0.4.14 version --dup sync reboot

now the phone calls and SMS messages works again.

I'm seeing forward to the next working update.

If anyone encounters this issue, can they please enable developer mode, ssh into the device, install the connman-tracing package (via devel-su pkcon install connman-tracing) and install the ofono logger application (from https://openrepos.net/content/slava/ofono-logger), and then send an email to chris dot adams at jolla dot com so that we can investigate the issue further? Thanks!

Ok, I updated again to 2.0.5.6 to follow your advices but now the problem is gone. Maybe something went wrong when updating the first time?

Anyway the phone works now as expected and I'm satisfied.

After downgrade to 2.0.4.14 and a new upgrade to 2.0.5.6 the problem was gone and the phone now works as expected.
