I love the favorite visual implementation of bookmarks in Sailfish OS. It would be doubly awesome if those could be treated as tiles and re-arranged manually based on frequently used links showing up first (row 1-4). Basically an alternate web app screen, like the homescreen which can be arranged manually, foldered etc.

image description

Flow: Push and hold bookmark tile, drag to desired location, let go to maintain place. Move new tiles to end of most frequently used tiles, say row 4.

Also it would be nice if blank space could be optimized or manually adjusted to show more rows.

In addition every time you select favorites (or everytime a tab is already open in the browser) the text input keyboard is expanded which is quite distracting if you normally dont use the keyboard, which i dont i use the visual links (they dont mix and match)

There have been previous requests for reordering favourites, which got marked duplicates of this:

thanks its a duplicate then, i do disagree that sorting would be the right way to go though. Its a personal decision where to place an app pr link that cant be figured out algorithmically otherwise Apple iOS would long ago do automatic app placement on homescreen based on use, etc similar to Amazon which books would you also like, that is associative memory programming and way beyomd what a bookmarl list should be required to do. I still believe my methid of manually placement is the right way of interaction.

@DarkTuring I suggest you post a back-link to this question in the other one as a comment. Askbot doesn't do that automatically, or transfer votes and subscriptions as a proper bug reporting system would.
