[bug]Mobile data, location Switches not working after updating to haapajoki

Mobile data & location switches in top menu not working properly after update to haapajoki.i.e. Switching on mobile data from top menu switch often doesnt turns on mobile data & have to turn mobile data on manually by going to mobile data settings ..same for location switch ..
I have had no problems with that.
What device do you use and do you have any patches/hacks installed?
