Hello! My Aqua Fish's display is broken. I was trying to contact Intex service center by Mail, also - with ebay seller that sold it. But a didn't get any answer from them for more that 3 week. Does anybody get any idea where should I contact them and ask about Intex warranty? Or if it's totally useless and I should forget about warranty and try to repair it somehow myself?

What do you mean by "broken display"? Because a broken screen is not covered by warranty anyway.

Actually screen himself is ok. From some point of time my display stopped receiving signals except power. Just grey screen and sounds. Sensors work well, I could turn on and off phone, alarm clock and so on. But there is no picture on it( Hope it's only data connections trouble. Also there is no visible damage and it wasn't drowned or falling (well, at least not last month, but have been fall before. Doubt that it has any influences)

I don't think you will get any help from them. seems like a connector problem or something similar. just take it to an expert on repairing chinese phone in your area. Aquafish is somehow very similar to Cube phones.

Have you updated to 2.1.0 ?

My phone has the same screen and works, but no picture. If you can connect to your phone via ssh, downgrade to the last stable firmware.

No, my phone already broken for 2-3 weeks. I don't remember system version, but I don't update it manually and it was without WiFi when it happens, so I don't think it was auto-update.

I had a similar experience, Intex directed me to walk into a service center, which wasn't helpful since there are none in Australia and the ebay seller did not respond. I ended up repairing it myself (for me it was the loudspeaker that was broken - I replaced it with one from my old broken N9).
