zendesk registration
As my Jolla Phones file system is broken, it goes into a reboot loop if I try to boot. In the recovery menu, if I take 1) Reset device to factory state I get the following error:
[ERROR] Flashed recovery image is too old and does not support phone clearing.
I was trying to register at the zendesktop but get the following error:
Verification failed. Please try again.
So, I'm a bit fucked, as I can't factory reset my phone and I can't register an account to get help. And Yes, I have tried to use the https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests but that one just gives validation error on the captcha.
What other options do I have? Get enough people to vote for this issue, so maybe someone at Jolla sees this and may help me?
