My previous question was closed prematurely so I open a new one.

I'm experiencing an error with version --dup. Previously did a successful pkcon refresh and pkcon update when version --dup wasn't working. Tried to reboot my Jolla but it freezed after reboot with a black screen. I am still able to connect to it via WiFi & SSH. When I try to do version --dup, I get the same error again:

[nemo@Sailfish ~]$ version --dup

How do I get past this? Do I have to disable some of the repositories? Yes, I installed many packages from openrepos so I’d suspect some of the repos are dead or out of date.

BTW, what are the adaptation0, adaptation1, aliendalvik, customer-jolla, eas, store, and x19 things? Are that packages?

you can manage repos using ssu

but looking at console log the only solution i see (most likely) is factory reset. save all your data right now in case of bad ending.

Thank you, coderus! I have my data already backed up. Tried to disable all the failing repositories and version --dup finished OK. But I think these repositories are the system ones. My Jolla still ends up in black screen after reboot. If the backup went OK, a fresh install never hurts. I hope I don't lose my contacts.

A factory reset solved it as coderus suggested.
