Instagram live chat is not available

Hey,
I have the instagram android app on my phone and it should be up to date but I still don't have the instagram live-chat feature available. I wonder if I'm the only one in this situation. I don't even know if it's a bug that Jolla has or what is going on or what could be done. So far every new feature on instagram has been available eventually. I'd just like to know if other Jolla users are in same situation and what might be the reason for that.
