HELLO SAILFISH SUPPORT! This problem has existed since 2014!!! From sailfish 1.1 !!! Now 2017, sailfish 2.1! Really no one can solve it? Android apps lose network connection (Skype, whatsup, viber, telegram etc) after 5-20 minutes after start and any notifications from them not receive. If network switch from wlan to mobile or Vice versa, connection in Android apps restored ... again only for 5-20 minutes and situation repeated. Please, help us! This situation is really sick! Thanks.

Answer myself. I think I found the solution.

$ echo anynamelock >/sys/power/wake_lock

Now Android will not sleep and network in Android apps work always and notifications from Skype, Whatsup came on time. For disable

$ echo anynamelock >/sys/power/wake_unlock

Better decision is adding to end of /system/build.prop string pm.sleep_mode=4 and restart android. Checked and work good. Wake_lock is not necessary.
