Unable to add contacts to Sailorgram (0.9.7beta) manually

Since the latest unofficial version (0.9.7 beta, thanks to @coderus) I seem to be unable to find the option for adding contacts/phone numbers to my sailorgram list. It was possible in earlier versions. Is this a bug, am I stupid?

And a little OT: Is there a new native client in development?

i have not tried that, but you might be able to add a contact using your telegram via web browser
