Ahoi Sailors!

I would like to synchronise the music between my Fairphone 2 with Sailfish OS 2.0.5.6 Haapajoki and Ubutnu (16.04 LTS). I' didn't find a proper way/guide.

I don't have a favourite music player so far, I'm just looking for a comfortable way (eg. like you can do it in iTunes).

Do you have any idea? How do you synchronise your music?

Thanks a lot!

You can sync your music files using rsync.

If you don't like terminal you can you GUI for rsync called Grsync.

You can try Syncthing. It's available from openrepos.

It should be easy enough to simply connect the phone to your computer with MTP and use a sync-compatible music player on your computer to synchronise your music files. Lollypop is an example of a brilliant music player that can sync your music.

Generally, though, I just do some manual copying and pasting because it doesn't take very long.
