I just want to share my connection problem after latest update, I thought it might be related to other people that have similar connection problems too here.

Few days ago right after update to 2.1.1.26 on my Jolla 1, my phone lost all connections problem. Can't connect wifi. Wlan

And also there are no Mobile network and Internet sharing in settings menu. Settings

I tried many times to restart my phone, but nothing changed. Still can't connect wifi and mobile network.

In the end, I turn off my phone, remove my sim card, turn on again, and I can see wlan is working well. I put back my sim card to the sim card slot while the phone is still on, and it seems mobile network also working too.

Just this morning, my phone suddenly dead because low battery. I plug my phone charger, and while charging I turn on the phone, suddenly the problem happen again. Can't connect wifi and mobile network. I had to remove sim card again as mentioned above to make it worked again.

What Other Half do you use?

@Lutwolf I have TOHKB2, but the keyboard didn't open when the problem happen. Is it affected by that? So I must completely remove the back case TOH to fix it if ever happen again?

In my case, restarting systemctl restart ofono.service helped too, instead of having to disassemble battery+SIM.

Oh, looks like the answer is rather easy: try to restart your Jolla after detaching the TOHKBD. There is a problem at the moment which nullifies any connection to networks as long as the phone booted up with attached special Other Halves like KBDs and LEDs. Looks like we'll have to wait until the software side of this matter is solved.

Cheers!
