Problem connecting to internet via giffgaff SIM [answered]
My Jolla will not connect to the internet via my giffgaff SIM -- when I select SIM1 it says ''Cannot connect to network service' despite an indicated full 4G signal. The OS was recently upgraded to 2.1.1.26 but I'm not sure when I was last connected to the internet via giffgaff because I'm usually connected via my home LAN for most internet purposes since I only have 100MB/month with the giffgaff package I'm using at presnt

I'm on Giffgaff but haven't experienced any problems after upgrading the OS. However, it may be worth checking the mobile network settings.
Head to
Settings/Mobile Network/Data Access Pointand check the details are correct.On mine, it is as follows;
Connection name: Giffgaff
Access point name: giffgaff.com
Protocol: Dual
Authentication: None
