Same here. My Jolla account is configured correctly.

Same as @MJolla: failed from setup wizard, but succeded after some attempts from store: Jolla's servers too busy?

It doesn't for me! I had them in store but text prediction failed to install ("Problem with store"). Now they are gone from store, Predictive text, Android support and Exchange are no more visible.

I had the same issue as reported by eson. I contacted the Jolla Care Zendesk, who asked to check my repos (by running ssu lr ), which were fine, but there had been a problem linking the license to my device or something. Anyway they were able to sort it out, and it's fine now.

Here's a pastebin of the output from journalctl when I attempted to install MS Exchange: https://pastebin.com/RFtxRZcw

The text in the notification reporting the error is ''General communication with the store server'

same here. Cant find and install Aliendalvik, MS Exchange, Predictive text - cant find the package in the Jolla Store and it cant installed over Terminal. i saw the stuff only one time after new reflash, but the phone cant install the package.

EDIT: Fix the Problem. I delete my Jolla account from my Accounts and add it again. Voila, all package now listed in the jolla store. Installation no problem anymore :)

Me neither, I even reflashed the device. Contact Jolla Care. They were excellent for me, getting back to me and resolving the issue the same day.

Yes, I had to contact jolla care. According to the dialogue with them they had to change something in the shop database during off-peak hours.

I had the same issue. I have restarted the phone and triggered the installation with the store. They installed successfully.

Here's the possible solution, directly from Jolla zendesk, which worked fine for me...

1) Sign in from Xperia to your Jolla Account with which you bought the Sailfish X license.

2) Restart Xperia

3) Open app Jolla Store. Visit category Jolla. Can you see those licensed apps now?

Predictive text installed fine, though it took some time to do so. :)

Yes text prediction works fine. You can install additional "Swipe curser by swiping on the keyboard" from patchmanager > webcatalogue. it works fine with the sailfish keyboard. Dont need more okBoard :-)
