Kiiminkijoki (2.1.2) update problem, unlock screen is black and shows spinner

Update from SailfishOS 2.1.1.26 (Jämsänjoki) on Jolla 1 device hasn't shown any progress on the progress bar for quite a while and I pulled the battery. It booted to old version with this bug already; Ran version --dup via ssh, all successful, but the issue persists.

When power button is pressed I see a round spinner rotating and the screen is dark; I have to open notifications bay using swing gesture and then I can go to home screen.

version --dup had this warning

and I see these errors in dmesg

so it looks like DBus crashed before sleep and then at wakeup there is no unlock screen.

ps: I haven't installed any mods related to unlock screens.
