Got one in local Media Markt store, Saturn also had some but they are rare. The green one is availiable online at Media Markt HP.

Got mine from amazon.de (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01BU2956Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). A black one. By default some marketplace vendor is selected, but you can select to get it from amazon, as well. This is what I did. It runs Sailfish now, unlocking went without problems.

My Xperia X I've get via eBay. All of them are without simlock and an unlockable bootloader. So no problem here.

You can search for them on eBay. Find a bunch and message each seller with something like

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this Xperia X, however I really need it to have an unlockable bootloader. Can you please check and let me know so that I can buy it from you?

You can check if it is possible to unlock the bootloader of your device in the service menu using the following steps: In your device, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu.

Tap on "Service Info" > "Configuration" > "Rooting Status". If "Bootloader Unlock Allowed" says "Yes", then I will be interested in buying your device. If it says "No", or if the status is missing, then your device cannot be unlocked and it is unfortunately not exactly what I am looking for.

Thank you for your time.

Out of ten maybe five will reply, and you should be able to buy with confidence based on the answer they provide. Make sure to message the seller in eBay so that in case of a dispute you have the evidence that you wanted exactly this and it was not delivered.
