Do Android apps work on Sailfish X? I would like to know if I can install APK files in Sailfish X.

On the official Jolla release bought from Jolla shop, yes it has Alien Dalvik available in the store. But only if your Jolla account user credentials used to buy SFOSX are also used to authenticate against the Jolla Appstore on the phone in question.
