changing the timezone is not possible [not relevant]
In settings | time and date
automatic update is off, not possible to switch on.
Timezone is "," and not possible to change.
Date and time are right.
On desktop Jolla shows me the right time.
Calendar events are shiftet 2 hours (to UTC +0:00).
SIM card is inserted, phone call is possible.
This failure was in the former release of SFOS, today it is back. Restart didn't help anymore.
Any suggestions or workarounds?

Workaround was to insert a SIM-card, IIRC.
