android app functionality problem [not relevant]

I have two android app that have some problems with how they function. they function but with some elements not working well; the elements that not work are important one for me.... is there a place to report the problems and maybe get a fix?

What is the exact problem? What are the names of the apps? What did you try to make it work? This is the place to report onky you need to give some more info.

There are several known issues with Android Apps, but we can't answer you without getting a better info about your problem. Please specify your question.

Hi, The two apps are 1) NatWest online banking- the problem is that it fetches only two people from my contact list. 2) Insight timer - an app making a bell sound at particular intervals of time. the problem is that when in its home screen and you press the bells to check the sound there is a sound but when you opporate the app the timer goes but no sound is played. any ideas?
