Android app losing settings after update to 2.1.3.7

I am experiencing strange behaviour: after update to 2.1.3.7 banking Android app lost settings in which it keeps passcodes. Something has modified data storage (in android it is preference settings API). I had that issue on Xperia firstly, and now after update - I have it on the Jola 1 too.
Simply after phone reset it losses settings, and now I must contact my bank again.
