HERE WeGo: Collections are not displayed [answered]

Since I have not found any other way to place this request, I will try it this way.
HERE WeGo is officially offered for installation as an Android application directly from the Jolla Application Store. The download and installation went fine but now I got a problem with my collections: Just after fresh install, I can access my collections, but after installing voices and maps, no collection entries are shown anymore.
Is this forum the right place to post such requests/problem and/or bug reports? If not, where? Within the application information published on the Jolla Store there is a reference to 'applications@here.com', but HERE does not officially support SailfishOS, right?
HERE officially provides their app in the Jolla store, but it's an Android app. I would try to contact HERE via the email-address you have or their support page. Together.Jolla is a support page for Sailfish OS related issues (concerning the operation system and apps by Jolla). So you'll probably get a faster and better answer by contacting HERE. I hope you find a solution.

JMLatJolla ( 2017-12-28 18:45:35 +0200 )editI have Here WeGo installed on my Xperia X.I have voices (not street names as I haven't got Text To Speech working) and Maps installed. My Collections are there and work OK. Perhaps there's a glitch with your setup.
