I bought a Intex Sailfish OS mobile phone about one year ego. But now I could not reinstall Android earlier Apps which I installed before updating OS 2.1. Please tell me how can I reinstall Android earlier Apps ?

Are you sure the version of the android apps you are trying to install hasn't change since then? But please provide a log from devel-su journalctl -xf during the period where you are trying to install them.

Yes I am sure. Only few Android apps are installed, but maximum earlier apps are not being installed. I was trying to install the apps at Panskura than Kolkata since 31.12.2017 after updating OS 2.1.
