[Jolla 1] mobile internet shows as disabled

A couple updates ago, this bug appeared (around Iijoki-Jämsänjoki, maybe later).

It seems, like the control for enabling/disabling mobile internet loses sync with the actual connection state. So, it may show as disabled, but it is actually enabled (icon is shown in top bar, connection works). When sync is lost this way, it is impossible to "turn on" (widget lights up and then dims back again), and so it's impossible to shut it down (using standard controls). The issue might not go away with reboot; seems to go away with re-inserting the SIM card.

I definitely didn't have this issue before, and I don't think it's related to this old one https://together.jolla.com/question/78076/mobile-data-disabled-yet-i-get-charged/

ps: I know it might not be important because of ongoing migration to Sailfish X, but it could be there too.

I have noticed that behaviour also on JollaC.

I've also encountered this, but in my case, reenabling and disabling the mobile connection did the trick. I didn't have to reboot or reinsert the SIM card.

@nthn like I said, in my case it won't get enabled (probably because it already is), so it's impossible to disable. I would like to emphasize, that this got broken recently, I noticed it after a particular update (but didn't report immediately).
