[Email] "Set as unread" in message pulley, and "search by term" in email list pulley [duplicate]

I really miss that, having to get back and longpress the email is not convenient when you want to set an email as unread because of its content (as in "don't forget to read it later").
Ability to search emails by terms is also mandatory for a good email client, this should be added to the pulley menu of the email list.
